Our system for teaching volleyball was developed over a thirty year time period involving some of the most famous coaches in the history of the sport of volleyball and the experience of hundreds of clinics. Coach Zen Golembiowsky has designed a progression of volleyball drills that bridge the gap between the technical skills as performed by Olympic and professional volleyball athletes and the needs of the beginner at the grass roots level. Coach Zen designed the program with concern for the learner. His sequence of drills, lead-up to advanced, are challenging and fun with an element of confidence building. The dignity of the child was most important to him and his staff, and the teaching emphasizes corrective feedback with positive re-enforcement.
